Emerging from a seven year production hiatus was always going to
be intense with a wealth of trapped creativity bursting to get
out, and so it has proved with Chris Hampshire.
2020 has produced two remixes and a long awaited original
currently courting interest from one of the worlds most
prestigious techno labels.
However it is this remix for friend and long term production
partner Oberon that fittingly sees the light of day first.
With due respect paid to the original, Chris's remix pushes the
boundaries of sonic normality with distorted grooves, edgy
percussion and a brand new top line.
Beautifully ferocious, tough and occasionally disconcerting,
this will drive the dirtiest dancefloors to the absolute
extreme, wherever they might be!!
It also marks a fitting end to Oberon's twenty five years in the
industry celebrations bringing in remixes of his classics from
many of the key players in underground tech trance.
