Kevin Cazier of Perception Cleanse Perception's theme can best be
described as one's true self, locked beneath the layers of social
plastic masks and deep dark affirmations. Everyone has a twitch of
insanity that likes to pop up and say, HELLO, once in a while. This is
his own personal mind-fuck. This project first started out as a
journal. A place where he could experiment with all the unfinished
songs that had good potential, but wouldn't quite fit into the Little
Sap Dungeon set. Slowly, it grew into a solo project of anything and
everything he feels like doing (with guest artists on selected tracks
too). You might hear one song that flips your switch and another that
doesn't. Kevin has a lot of musical preferences. So, if you're
expecting a certain type of music for cliques, think again! You might
hear genres ranging from Industrial to Hip-Hop, Noise, Darkwave,
Coldwave, Techno, Drum N' Bass, Easy Listening to fucking Death Metal!
It's all up to his mood. He's completely fucking bipolar on this
project. One thing you can always count on is raw emotion. If you're
someone who's burned bridges with him, then don't be surprised if
there's a song about you.
This is a promo sampler for PCP's new album "Cross-Cutting In Cold
Frames". :)
