influence : HOLEG's hybrid electronica project SPIES meeting the
famous founder/inventor of the electro-flamenco VON MAGNET for
an eclectic journey through musical genres. From wide
electronica, ambient, indie-rock, worl music to neo-classical,
contemporary music and other sonic influences, Spies under Von
Magnet influence stands for a new path in music fusion. Once
more, HOLEG's cinematic touch has turned this album to a pure
soundtrack of an imaginary movie and leads the listener to a
wide spectrum of emotions breaking down musical boundaries.

About Holeg:
French born composer, sound designer/programmer, producer & DJ.
½ Undefinable, eclectic, destabilizing ╗, ½ unbridled
experimentation ╗, ½ huge cinematic potential ╗, ½ full of
enigmatic charisma, Holeg is an adept of music fusion ╗. His
ability to blend modern electronic scapes, sounds and rhythms,
deep atmospheres, classical & contemporary scores, ethno/world
music with diverse sonic influences (rock, jazz, dance, etc.)
offers powerful emotional support to still images and motion
pictures. Holeg has a visual approach to music composition
beyond musical classification Composer for several indie
films/documentaries presented at the Pompidou Center and the
French National Library in Paris and in several science-fiction
festivals. Sponsored in Japan since 1997 by Mike Maguire,
ex-Juno Reactor, Holeg develops a lot of his activities in this
part of the world : - touring every year -
producer/composer/arranger for Japanese artists - collaboration
with the famous movie maker Miike Takashi (for the
Canon/Urbanlenz audiovisual exhibition) - music for fashion
presentations (Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garτons)
Respected for his hybrid style, Holeg appears on well known
labels from different musical scenes around the globe. His
collaborations with more than 20 record companies from France,
Europe (Germany, UK, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Austria), Japan,
Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa gives him a truly unique
global perspective and facility for creative interpretation and
