This cd single on US label Hypnotic is notable for two Salt Tank mixes.
The Prophecy mix is a junglistic affair with breakbeat sub-bass and
overtones, very interesting and a bit laidback. The Alien Love Song mix
is more frantic, the more familiar Salt Tank trance style strictly for
the dancefloors. The rest of the mixes are not too exciting unless you
are a Goa-head and like your psy-trance pumping and 'aving it.
David Gates of Salt Tank & Swordfish of Astralasia continued their
creative partership years later and recorded as Patient Saints. The
track On Your Mind appeared in 2001 on the Paul Oakenfold produced
soundtrack to a Hollywood movie called (incidentally enough)
"Swordfish".
