1) NmE is still keeping to the rules about now releasing crap releases
and please lets see the rest follow. Releasing crap is worse than
not
releasing. Enjoy the quality !!!
2) NOW - NmE has decided to try out a new way to do things:
Why need rippers move their own releases?
Why need siteops have stupid users on their sites?
Why need rippers be concerned about credits?
Why need couriers worry where the different groups Pre ?
We all agree on that:
Rippers - they rip and release music !
Couriers - they move the music that the rippers supplied !
Siteops - they gather the music that the couriers move !
So from now on NmE has totally changed the way of the groups,
from the structure tha it has always been, to a new plan that
I encurage everyone to follow and the mp3-scene will run smooth.
I'm talking about letting people do what they are best at!
Rippers rip, couriers move and siteops gather .....
The way to do that is to have 1-2 leech Hqs for rippers to pre at.
They then have a place they can download music for own use at any
time, that equals = Freedom !
Couriers know where they can to get the releases from the specific
group they courie for, that equals = Order !
Siteops know what groups they support, that way they get all the
other mp3 releases, because they are the only ones that have their
specific groups releases, that equals = Filles HQs !
