     A New Jack swing ensemble to file alongside Bell Biv DeVoe and Guy, Joe
     Public's self-titled debut in 1992 got them off to a good start among urban
     contemporary audiences. The Buffalo, New York based crew consisted of lead
     singer and bass guitarist Kevin Scott, keyboardist and guitarist Jake
     Carter, percussionist/drummer Dwight Mr. Dew Wyatt and lead guitarist Joe
     J.R. Sayles. Their second album, "Easy Come, Easy Go", followed in 1994.

     Produced by Joe Public with Lionel Job, "I've Been Watchin" was released
     in 1992 as the third single off Joe Public's self-titled debut album.
