     Hip-hop duo Lil Dap and Melachi - collectively known as Group Home - first
     surfaced in 1995 on compilation "Guru Presents Ill Kids Records", which was
     released around the same time as their debut album, "Livin' Proof". In
     spite of Guru's championing the duo, Group Home remained silent for a few
     years, finally reappearing in 1999 with the album "A Tear For The Ghetto",
     which featured cameos from Guru, Steph Lova, and The Jerky Boys.

     Nice 1998 wax from Fat Beats. Released under the Group Home name, but this
     is all Lil Dap (without Melachi) who invites guest emcees for every track
     including K-Black (Blackadon), Blkstr (Brainsick Enterprises), Nikki Bonds
     (The Rose Cartel) and Kai-Bee. "Dial A Thug" b/w "12 O'Clock Bklyn" and
     "Breaker 1,9" later all appeared on Replay Records release "A Tear For The
     Ghetto".
