Next up we have a Northern Irish takeover from Rikki Sawyer and
Darren Bray with remixes from fellow Belfast natives, Ultraverse
and GSEP.
Pals Rikki and Darren have worked on previous releases together
but never as a duo, this magically evocative progger marks the
beginning of a fruitful partnership. In original form its a
powerful mid set bruiser. Tribal drums pound away with distant
anger, while arps and melodics keep interest. Vocal ad libs act
as points of high emotion.
On remix duties, GSEP draws on his years of experience to tease
every drop of emotion from the original motifs, adding in a few
of his own for good measure, while Ultraverse, fresh from
successes with Balkan Connection and Nick Warren's The
Soundgarden takes us on a dreamy ride through our subconscious.
