RELEASE NOTES
This is the first time Hallmark will offer a special CD for Father's Day and the
summer holiday. The Beach Boys: Songs From Here and Back includes two live
musical introductions, plus seven never-before-released, live versions of Beach
Boy classics. Additionally, it includes three new solo tracks û one each for Al
Jardine, Mike Love, and Brian Wilson.
The CD includes previously unreleased live performances of the Beach Boys' hits
"Dance, Dance, Dance," Surfer Girl," "Kokomo," "Little Deuce Coupe," and "I Get
Around," plus "Wouldn't It Be Nice" and "Good Vibrations." The three final
tracks on the CD, available for the first time ever, were recorded in the
studio. These are Mike Love's "Cool Head, Warm Heart," Al Jardine's "PT
Cruiser," and Brian Wilson's "The Spirit of Rock and Roll."
