30 years ago the Wall came down. East and West were facing each other
again hoping to cross an existential chasm. History may be cyclical
but the cultural hybrids spawned at a very specific moment - in times
of rebirth - are unique and endemic, in the grand scheme of things.
'Chasm' is enriched with harmonic distortions, melodic counterpoints,
shifting rhythms and organic liminal structures. Each track tells its
own story - still they all have in common the act of metamorphosing
and arching over. The sound engine ranges from pure, analog, warm
electronica to ambient techno ripples and soulful post-rock scapes.
