Here is a bit of background about me:
I trained in Fine Art as a young man and taught myself guitar which I
played for many years.
About four years ago I received a free copy of Ableton Live Lite with
a guitar amplifier I bought.
Also around that time I was listening to Neonlogic's Lost Satellite
Transmissions, A Strangely Isolated Place, Sol Tek, Fingers In The
Noise and Advanced Dreams to name but a few.
I started using Ableton Live to explore producing my own ambient
music, electronica, drones, soundscapes and atmospheres, with
processed guitar, MIDI keyboard, field recording, various software & a
computer..
I was delighted and inspired by some of the ambient music, electronica
and sonic art but found I particularly enjoyed listening to
meditative, deep electronics and ambient dub techno.
With the intention of producing music I enjoy myself I'm currently
exploring ambient, dub techno with a definite sense of rhythm and
space.
