A colossal plan, alluring visions from a distant future. It was
Professor S. who started it all. The Hydroelectric dam in Gibraltar
was followed soon after by the backup plant in Zadar. Clean, free,
endless streams of energy, finally available to the entirety of a new
global superpower named Atlantropa. Critics saw in this a
vulnerability, a single point of failure. It didn't take long for the
invisible enemy to rise up from the darkness and destroy the dream of
a global hydroelectric network. Rivers of blood flowed through the
empire after the unseen abundance. An imaginary state of apparent
normality blinded everybody between revolts. Terror and corruption
reigned silently after decades of serenity.
Atlantropa debut LP "Hydroelectric" was originally released April 19,
2018 and has now been reissued on Distant Future.
