█ Is he street? Is he club? Is he hate? Is he love? █
█ Born and raised in the city of Pittsburgh, PA's █
█ Allentown section, J.James came into the world █
█ with a verse in his head and a pen in his hand. █
█ The music is in his blood. It's in his nature. █
█ And there's no mistaking his sound. Growing up █
█ heavily exposed to blues, soul, classic rock, and █
█ rap, he has blended these styles and created his █
█ own original brand of urban music. And even █
█ though you won't hear him talking about guns, █
█ hustling, or 24's, his music is as real as it █
█ gets. Who else can melt a female and melt a mic █
█ at the SAME TIME? So don't get it twisted when █
█ you hear him sing a smooth chorus--because you █
█ can believe that a wicked flow is always nearby. █
█ It's a unique mix of styles that came natural to █
█ him when he started recording back at the age of █
█ 14. "Back then it was just two tape recorders █
█ with a built-in mic," explains James. Since then █
█ he's rocked plenty of parties and talent shows, █
█ and sold hundreds of self-recorded cds. And now, █
█ driven by his desire, his dream, and his █
█ following, he is ready to release his debut █
█ studio album, THIN LINE. Collaborating with one █
█ of Pittsburgh's top producers, Chris "Mindbender" █
█ Longo, (who has worked with Lil' Flip, MC Eiht, █
█ Stat Quo, and currently CRAVE), this album will █
█ touch all demographics. Call him an artist on the █
█ edge. Maybe even a bit moody. But he calls it █
           █ like he sees it. J.James doesn't make the rules . █
█ . . he just walks along the thin line that we █
           █ call life. █
           █ █
