      All we know about the publicity-shy Arthur Johnson is that he's from     
      Belgium. But then that's quite key information when it comes to this     
       four-track EP for Mexican label Duro, because the influence of his      
      homeland's New Beat legacy can be heard quite clearly in its slo-mo      
      chugging beats, distorted vocals and overall sleazy feel. That's not     
     the whole story, though: there are also hints of Italo, indie and acid    
      in there, and 'Always Up' adds a touch of Eastern flava, while Theus     
       Mago collab 'In Control' has distinct echoes of the 'Knight Rider'      
                     theme - just not the over-used sample!
