Kognitiv Records label boss DeVante signs release number 11, a groovy
tune meant to make you dance, as the name suggests, which comes in a
hefty package featuring a radio version and three remixes.
The mood is serious, but the groove is strong on 'Make Me Dance', an
alluring, almost 7 minute-long house burner built around a wailing
vocal and an infectious bassline. Electronic music stalwarts Frankey &
Sandrino offer up their take on the track, adding their signature
sound into the mix. Australian producer MED33P joins in with two
remixes, taking on both the original and the radio version. With a
declared affinity for ravey chunky beats, he sticks to his recipe and
adds zest and oomph, infusing more dynamism into the tracks.
Kognitiv Records will donate a percentage of profits from every
release to a different mental health charity in an effort to create
further awareness and provide support to people suffering from mental
illness.
