Access Point is the first in a series of releases graciously brought
to Woodwork by accomplished electronic producer, Dez Williams. With a
focus drawn squarely on artistry and creative intensity, Dez can
change context and direction at will, while never losing the profound
thread that guides each of his works. With past releases on several
top labels that slot uniquely into various realms, his experiments
cross over between IDM, techno, electro, and ambient cinematic
soundscapes to combine different methods and feels into a delightfully
cohesive puzzle... one that needs to be fully heard and pieced
together. With this EP as our guided entry, the surface explored by
Dez Williams in this upcoming series offers plenty we've not yet
experienced.
