     Ottawa's Paul Anthony graces the Woodwork roster with a solid offering    
        of intense deep techno under his alias, Ki. With several strong        
      projects constantly in evolution, Paul is a seasoned producer with a     
        diverse palette of sounds ranging from energetic house, through        
           melodic and moody downtempo, to futuristic soulful beats.           

        This collection opens suitably through 'Reluctant Windows'. With       
          gorgeous swelling synths and rhythmic noise hits, it builds          
       insistently from a repetitive minimal motif under a looping vocal       
       layer, eventually reaching its final statement with a view through      
                          lush synthetic piano chords.                         

       'Soft Exchange' is the consummate centerpiece, presenting the full      
       sound of Ki in all its melodic, robotic, tech-funk splendour. The       
      seamless interaction between percussion, harmonic hits, synth fx and     
      vocal hook cement a heavy chunk of groove that radiates pure energy.     

     'Folding-Erased' builds on that same enegry with another slice of deep
