|: " Flowing from the 'ardcore tributaries lodged deep within Luke Vibert's   :|
|: Spac Hand Luke alter-ego, the 'Sid Thug EP' is a nod of sorts to the       :|
|: dubstep scene that's so popular with the kids - uniting a ruck of          :|
|: acid-f*cked bass with a crunching overlay of throbbing beats. Opening with :|
|: 'Sid Thug', Vibert pulls no punches - lashing the listener to a skittering :|
|: set of techno-founded beats before the low-end announces its arrival and   :|
|: sends the track spinning off into 140bpm territory. Keeping rhythm-pedal   :|
|: flat to the floor, both 'Psycho' and 'Synkik' are similarly brusque,       :|
|: drafting in some subterranean robotics to keep the grime-feet happy and    :|
|: peppering the resultant din with some fantastically errant vocals. Acid    :|
