Howard didn't have to - it happened to him with 'To Be Or Not To Be?'
way back in 1988, and again with 'Indulge' a couple of years later.
Now, some 30 years on, four rubs taken straight from those two
original releases get a re-release that'll be an exercise in misty-
eyed nostalgia for some and a history lesson for others, with
'Indulge' foreshadowing that early 90s Italo/Balearic/ambient house
sound while 'To Be Or Not To Be' proves that when the UK invented
bleep techno, the US was definitely listening...
