| | Unit Moebius was an industrial acid-techno band from | |
| | The Hague. The group consisted of Menno van Os, Guy | |
| | Tavares, Jan Duivenvoorden, Ferenc E. van der Sluijs | |
| | and was mainly active between 1992 and about 1999. | |
| | From 2007 Jan Duivenvoorden performs solo again as | |
| | Unit Moebius Anonymous, but is often billed as Unit | |
| | Moebius . | |

| | Unit Moebius made hard, raw, uncompromising techno | |
| | with a lo-fi and low budget slant. Based on the | |
| | anti-capitalist do it youself idea of the punk and | |
| | squatters world, the records were self-released on | |
| | the Bunker Records label, which later also released | |
| | other artists, including Rude 66, Legowelt and Luke | |
| | Eargoggle. | |
| | | |
| | Unit Moebius performed at Noorderslag and in radio | |
| | programs of the VPRO. | |
| | | |
| | Unit Moebius has been compared to Underground | |
| | Resistance. Aphex Twin has been a fan of UM since | |
| | the beginning. | |
