John Ov3rblast: Event Horizon EP

Chicagos Null A Records offers another groundbreaking release, this
time from Manchester- based artist and producer, John Ov3rblast.
Ov3rblasts latest project entitled Event Horizon EP adds an
increasingly exciting dimension to Null As dystopic and experimental
broken techno sound. Event Horizon offers atmospheric and haunting
soundscapes set against twisted techno and deep dub modulations.
Photosphere is a dramatic track that channels dub techno with
ascending and fluctuating rhythms. The hidden transmissions
reverberate throughout, creating an epic sonic experience. Ov3rblast
capitalizes on his personal style of melding ambient and spacey
atmospheres alongside twisting and hypnotic techno breaks. He
undoubtedly captures the ethereal and other worldly soundscapes
throughout Event Horizon, especially in Aphelion. Driving synths
and melodic beats, coupled with oceanic soundscapes in Grounded
