Televise is the musical project of Simon Scott who have released three
albums and here is a collection of remixes recorded between 2006 and
2008 from all three albums by some of Simon's favourite artists. Some
have stuck to the original format and structure of the song whilst
others have rebuilt each composition and given it an entirely new
identity.
Simon Scott released his debut album "Navigare" on Miasmah
in 2009, drummed for Slowdive on Creation records ("Just for a day"
and "Souvlaki", and also collaborated with Brian Eno. He has also
drummed for Klimek (Kompakt/Anticipate/Mille Plateaux) and Epic45, is
50% of Seavault (Morr Music) with Antony Ryan from Isan, has remixed
The Sight Below, Jasper TX, and Machinefabriek. Collaborators include
Nils Frahm, Seasons (pre-din), Rafael Anton Irisarri, Moskitoo and he
runs his micro label Kesh Recordings from Cambridge UK.
