. After the overnight sellout of the recent re-surfaced .
. issues of Bitstream's "Monolith" EP and the treasured .
. Monsters From Id 12", these are the very last copies of .
. the Stream" immense "Incubator EP" beware, they won't .
. last! "Incubator" opens proceedings with acidic .
. electroisms that slowly flow into warm tonal modulations .
. reminiscent of Gescom's truly classic "Puzl". "C64" is .
. next with heavy ebbing basslines, overlying numerical .
. bleeps that sound like Hal making a particularly .
. frustrating calculation and warped shuffling beats. "Blue .
. Capsule" opens the flipside and slows things down .
. somewhat. Dark, reflective, almost industrial percussion .
. and requiem keys set the scene as the track mutates into a .
. skewed version of "C64" from the A side before jerking .
. into absolutely crushing b-boy electro tweaks. The connor .
. brothers show off their impressive deck skills and this .
. epic track ends with a devestating electro scratch .
. session. Electro turntablism anyone? Large. "Stream 1" is .
. up next - a short, light interlude that, for me, is the .
. true standout track here. Accoustic shuffle drums open up .
. at midpace before Kraftwerk analogue melodies float in and .
. make you feel heartwarmed and blessed all at the same .
. time. The EP closes with "Pylon" - an ultra dark and .
. slowed down beat grinder driven at hip-hop pace and .
. accompanied by sci-fi appocalyptic visions in sound. Don't .
. miss out - absolute Killer. .
