  The Chaotic Wastes Expansion for Waste Walkers adds an  extra system
  for  replayability  and  for  creating  unique    playthroughs   and
  challenges. The system will randomly select 3 of 11  possible  world
  modifiers that each have a unique effect on gameplay  and  the  game
  world. These may be rerolled up to 5 times so you can  choose  which
  ones you want to play with.
