One of Italy's strongest techno forces returns with his third release
for Sonic Groove. Obtane's latest expedition comes in the form of two
songs. "Utopian Man"starts the release off . A highly infectious foot
and mind burner with sweeping bass sounds, dark atmospherics & solid
rhythms. Overlap this with catchy Detroit styled keyboard stabs and
you are in for a 10 minute ride into worlds unknown. As one ride ends
the next one begins with "Symbology of Decline. This banger of a peak
time dance floor techno track wreaks of old school Belgian techno
flavor. The main hook of the track sweeps and swooshes it's way
through the speaker cones while the drums punish the speakers and
listener further into submission. The perfect formulation of rhythm
and sound and another 1/2 knock out punch from Obtane....
