For APDEXTRA017 we're thrilled to welcome Hober Mallow to the Apparel
Music family with his stunning four track EP called 'Phased'. Lachlan
Holland (his real name) is a DJ, a crate digger, producer and radio
host from Sydney (AUS) but -above all - a great human being, that's
why we're incredibly happy to introduce you to his latest work on our
EXTRA catalogue. It is, in fact, a quite difficult task to describe
what 'Phased' is about, being it a miscellaneous of sounds, stimulus,
ideas but, even more, an accurate representation of Lachlan's super
versatile musical talent. The opening track 'I Believe It's Going
Round' is a mosaic of sounds with its tense strings always in the
background, its dreamy melody, acid bassline, vocal samples and its
solid rhythm section, everything washed down with an excellent Hober
Mallow's wine. The record continues with 'Junk Twilight' which is
another mesmerising patchwork of styles; a mellow track filled with
