Yay Area Connect is a full-force rap movement to connect all the cities in the
Bay Area together through our common interest in Bay Area hip-hop. It's about
time that the Bay Area was put on the map, and with this "Hyphy Movement" in
effect, we are well on our way. Tha Yay Area Connect consists of Frank D.
(from San Francisco) and K-Dubb (from East Oakland.) It all began when the two
rappers met at the studio, and recorded their single "No Love" that same day.
From then on, the two formed a strong friendship and continued making songs
together as solo artists. It got to the point where they were so in tune with
one another mucically, that forming a group was only natural. -Myspace Page
