City Pages has devoted a fair amount of words to Afternoon Records
founder Ian Anderson, so let's shift the spotlight to his
bandmates in Aneuretical. On their third full-length, Million
Dollar Man, Matthew Sandstedt's vocals have a nasally bite that
could cut through granite if wielded correctly. When the whine
reaches hysterical heights, it's Elliot Manthey's levelheaded
drumming that keeps the singer from careening into out-and-out
madness. The album also has some great Les Savy Fav-like guitar
licks - but those come from the guy I said I wasn't going to talk
about. (citypages.com)
Young and driven band puts out another cool CD. The next issue of
Rift will have a feature on Ian Anderson who is in Aneuretical and
does Afternoon Records. You won't believe what this guy does.

The band without a bio, the focus point of all media seems to be
Ian Anderson since he's popular Afternoon Records with local all-
ages talent and been in numerous bands on their roster. It's
probably just another drop in the bucket for him, but it's another
effective album by the power-pop/indie trio.
Aneuretical currently are:
Matthew Sandstedt - vocals, bass
Elliot Manthey - drums
Ian Anderson - guitar
