Porya Hatami + Lcoma // Synesthesia
Porya Hatami:
Porya Hatami (b.1981) is an experimental sound artist based in
Sanandaj, Iran. Working in the field of ambient/minimal.
his compositions explore the balance between electronics and
environmental sounds, utilizing processed acoustic and electronic
sources and field recording.
Lcoma:
Lcoma (aka) Liam Coleman (b.1988) is an experimental artist from
Liverpool, UK. At the age of 13, he developed an obsession with the
guitar, that gradually degraded with time. Until he gained a
particular interest in granular synthesis, the glitch aesthetic and
laptop composition. The ability to input his guitar as data into a DSP
chain, allowed him to explore new methods. That construct landscapes
with a thirst for a unique sound. Almost everything you hear is
processed guitar, fused together by field recording.
