Local 12 is a project by Emilio Velez of Puerto Rico. He produced
the third installment of the up and coming and already favoured
label Candela Recordings. This EP is designed to combine latin &
Puerto Rican rhythms with modern dance sounds for creating
dancefloor madness. Three tunes on the single, the latin broken
beat of "Alma Latina", the mellow sueno soul of "Suavecita" & the
midtempo swing of "El Cha de Susa".
