As the world slowly moves into a new stage, the Zombies in Miami
return to Permanent Vacation with a heavyweight remix package of their
acclaimed debut album "2712". First up is New York powerhouse Kim Ann
Foxman, who transforms "When Your Time Has Gone" into an Electro
banger, Mantronix would be proud of. Fellow New Yorker Juan Mclean
takes the cosmic disco route and creates a slow chugger out of the
balearic touches of "Infinito Paraiso". Lauer, man of the hour,
lauerfies "Frodo" and finds the sweetspot between Frankfurt and
Rimini. On top of the package you get the interpretation of the winner
of the Native Instrument remix contest Amaury Trevino,who convinced us
with his elegant house version of "Laser Cat". It was a close call in
the remix contest between Amaury and man from the North Jarle Bråten.
His great 80's inspired breaks version also needs to see the light of
day and gives the release the perfect roundup.
