This Perfecto sampler showcases two of the very odd productions by one
of the seminal figures in electronic music history. A remixer and
producer from the old skool of the early 80's, Baker is recognized as
the most innovative figure who has successfully created huge buzzing
real instruments enriched electronic music. "Quiet Riot" has funk fueled
beats that builds to unleash a warped winding bass line that drives the
track. The track "Jamaica" incorporates a chunky electro break beat
rhythm that builds and breaks to great effect. Love or hate this record.
Enjoy!
