al-faris aka faris al-hassoni is dj since 1986. the music lover
found his roots in funk/soul/hiphop/r&b and music. in 1991,
al-faris started working for discomania as an import a&r manager.
two years later besides working at discomania, he started his own
company drizzly music production together with his partner volker
"voodi" diehl!
andrew wooden started 10 years ago with his first studio contacts.
the music lover found his roots in electronic music.
after several releases on different independent labels and many
dj-gigs in germany / spain / ibiza / canada / usa / uk /
switzerland / austria / denmark / italy/ united arab emirates /
turkey. at first they produced underground techno and some
drum&bass tracks on universal prime breaks records and then turned
more into house producers.
al-faris loved the groovy house sound, especially disco-house.
they both released in total more than 300 productions & remixes
from 1990 to 2000 and already released two long play cd's on real
groove rec. after more than 10 years in the professional music
business, they are still among one of the leading independent
house producers in germany!
