The group KTR always prefers the video with the biggest file size and highest resolution available
at time, no matter what codecs are available.
In this case its WMV vs. x264, regardless they still think bigger video sizes = better quality,
which isnt true.
The x264 codec compress the video much more effectively than older standards, like DivX, XviD and
also WMV of course. Compared to older codec standards, this results in x264 archieving a much higher
image quality at the same bitrate or - in case of a specific quality setting - much better compression
rates.
BAD: There is currently no scene rule which regulates this problem.
The official XXX-Paysite video rules are outdated anyway. (Last change 2008).
So for now we only can hope that KTR will change mind sometime.
