Dont think, just grab !
I just can't get bored of 'Angel Dust', a trippy, funcky, groovy,
edgy killer that should be in every DJ's collection. The Seattle
label - Sweet Mother Recording - was an early US starter in it's
field, gaining growing critical praise, though still very
confidential in Europe.
As for me, i got this from a guy who lived over there and came back
to France in 1996/1997, acting as an agent for a few west-coast
labels. He went on setting up the Pamplemousse Records label
shortly thererafter, putting out stuff in the same musical range in
his home country France. Among the vinyls he passed me was this
gem. From the day i put the needle on this piece of wax, it
remained forever in my personal top 10 near the stereo.

"Rob Stewart and Chris Anderson met circa 1987 through a mutual
friend. A shared obsession with samplers and analog synthesizers
brought them together with various friends for wild sessions of
sonic experimentation during the late '80s.
Their first twelve inch, entitled "Journeys Into Ambient Hip Hop,"
released back in early '96, created quite a buzz in the Headz and
Big Beat scene. The track "Angel Dust" was in the all time top ten
for the Propellerheads and was included in the "Dope On Plastic
Vol.4" compilation.
The creative team at Puma Liked one song so much that they decided
to make an advertisement using the track to coincide with their
50th anniversary and the '98 World Cup soccer finals. This was
aired throughout and on the Fox Sports Network in the U.S."
