Donato Wharton Returns With Body Isolations Album
Donato Wharton will make his return next month with the follow-up
to his 2004's debut LP, Trabanten.
City Centre Offices will be releasing the album on September 22nd,
which Wharton has named Body Isolations. Nine new recordings will
be included.
With his second album, the electronica producer has stated artists
like Radiohead, Jimi Hendrix, Mogwai and Vladislav Delay
influenced the work. Speaking about the title of the release,
Wharton says:
"Each track exists as a concentrated expression - representing a
certain state that ranges from dreaming and inertia, through to
yearning and aloof".
Note: On some of the tracks there are some noticable "glitches".
These are also to be found on the original CD, and is most
certainly the intended production style.
