I was about to rip the 'Yasushi Ide - Black Velvet' remixes CD
instead of this one but i should have known it was released
already. Props to sb for it. Make sure you get it too.
So i decided to give people the original album the tracks were
taken from. Though the remixes are very interesting, this one's
well worth listening too. It has a weird feeling to it and could
well be filed under 'easy listening/uncompromising experiments'.
Check the humorous cover of John Lennon's 'Jealous Guy'.
This is very likely to be inspired by 1960 Rene Clement's classic
movie 'Plein Soleil (Purple Noon)' movie starring french actor
Alain 'big in Japan' Delon. 'Plein Soleil' means 'full sun'. The
film is based on Patricia Highsmith's novel, The Talented Mr.
