Bo Square is a group featuring Jack Dangers and Mike Powell of
Meat Beat Manifesto, and Marshall Allen of the Sun Ra Arkestra,
released on California's Tino Corp label, home of the excellent
Tino's Breaks series and other covert operations masterminded
by Tino himself. Bo Square takes the listener on a wonderful
voyage into outer space, complete with sounds from the VCS-3,
theremin, guitar, alto sax, Mini Moog, and shortwave radio.
In a world overrun with digital technology, the Outer Space
Suite is created with purely analog synths, and mixed down on
magnetic tape, deep in the heart of Tino's Black Lab studio.
