Originally from Philadelphia, Mark Venneri, a
talented producer and DJ with a distinctive
vision of the future, has been involved in
the underground since he experienced his
first warehouse party in Philadelphia nearly
a decade ago. It was just a matter of time
before he expanded upon his love for the
music he heard every weekend and decided to
try his hand as a DJ, and eventually, as a
producer.
It's now 2002 and Mark's new vision has taken
nearly a year to develop. Under the new
Madoka and Akodama monikers, he is set to
deliver a fresh sound and is highly focused
on materializing his perception of dance
music's future. As a result of the label's
latest promotional efforts, new material is
making its way into the hands of many
industry players. Additionally, locking an
exciting deal with Andy Jarrod this year,
Private Reality Records will become part of
the impressive 3 Beat Label Management roster
of leading labels. Mark has firmly planted
the label's headquarters in New York City and
is prepared to move slightly forward with
another wave of musical assault with
forthcoming releases and remixes on other top
labels including SAW, Plastic Fantastic and
Deep.
This is the first release ever made by Mark
Venneri as madoka, creating a uniquely deep,
moody, throbbing style--molding house and
trance into a new, twisted formula.
