First conceived with the idea of recording the album after returning from a very
long holiday in India, and after the success of his single "Soul Call". The only
rules Paul Murphy applied were æNo Samba de thisÆ or æMambo de thatÆ (Chachacha
is a real place ha ha!) and maximum two word titles (He nearly done this as the
last one can be read as Acid Jazzed..) The album is a wonderful faτade to the
mythical and supernatural being that is Mr Paul Murphy.
An album full of PaulÆs legendary musical upbringing and history, including
seductive soundtracking, mad jazzing churning bass lines and crackling
percussion. Featuring groovy guys and UK jazz stalwarts Mr. Ashley Slater on
trombone, Roger Beaujolais on Vibraphone and Davide Mantovani on bass.
