█ ║░ Tegma are Omar Chelly and Jason Orfanidis. Despite their ▒║ █
█ ║░ non-scandivanian names they ▒║ █
█ ║░ are born,live and produce in hometown Malmoe, Sweden. ▒║ █
█ ║░ ▒║ █
█ ║░ Friends since diaperage they have been trough loads together and ▒║ █
█ ║░ this includes of course ▒║ █
█ ║░ discovering techno music. With greek origins, Jason spends every ▒║ █
█ ║░ summer in Greece and ▒║ █
█ ║░ that's where his cousin Alexis introduced him to trancemusic. ▒║ █
█ ║░ This was in 1994 and Jason ▒║ █
█ ║░ went into addiction directly, starting to buy vinyl and playing ▒║ █
█ ║░ as a dj at parties and co- ▒║ █
█ ║░ assisting his cousin at the radioshow Danceswitch which was ▒║ █
█ ║░ broadcasted on Life 89.2 ▒║ █
█ ║░ ▒║ █
█ ║░ For Omar it was not love at first sight. Although he had been ▒║ █
█ ║░ listening to some electronica ▒║ █
█ ║░ like Jean Michel Jarre, he was more into the beats of hip hop. ▒║ █
█ ║░ Jason tried to persuade him ▒║ █
█ ║░ to give the music a good listening and to come to a party but he ▒║ █
█ ║░ didn't succeed until the ▒║ █
█ ║░ end of 1997. ▒║ █
█ ║░ ▒║ █
█ ║░ Omar got bitten, liked it and started experimenting with a simple ▒║ █
█ ║░ sequencer and the ▒║ █
█ ║░ program Rebirth which resulted in the project Epsilon. Some ▒║ █
█ ║░ crappy stuff was made but ▒║ █
█ ║░ they had learned the basics. In early 1999 they both agreed on ▒║ █
█ ║░ the fact that it was time ▒║ █
█ ║░ to go further and they bought hardware equipment to expand the ▒║ █
█ ║░ system. ▒║ █
█ ║░ ▒║ █
█ ║░ By this time the style was psytrance but they were not really ▒║ █
█ ║░ satisfied...it became more ▒║ █
█ ║░ of a period when they really got into the gear...learning the ▒║ █
█ ║░ production. So in early 2000 ▒║ █
█ ║░ they decided to put their imprint on the progressive style and ▒║ █
█ ║░ Tegma was born! ▒║ █
