│ "Cobrastyle(1)" blew up in the UK last year when some energy │
│ drink used it in their commercial û but don't hold that against │
│ it. Also, don't hold the fact that Mad Cobra sounds like Kid │
│ Rock in this song against him, because you know if it was │
│ Elephant Man you'd be eating it up. Far as I know, the │
│ Teddybears are a production team from Sweden or Switzerland who │
│ have a major label debut coming out with guest spots from Mad │
│ Cobra, Iggy Pop, etc. and this is their first single. The │
│ production is catchy û danceable, but not electro, more in the │
│ garage rock style that's been so big with the NME crowd these │
│ last few years. Mad Cobra does his "Press Trigger" thing with │
│ the "bomb-di-di-bomb di-dang di-dang diggy-diggy" thing and │
│ it's all pretty cool. Diplo turns in a remix(2) on the │
│ flipside, and it lands somewhere between Baltimore and │
│ Williamsburg. Bmore drums float in and out of the mix │
│ intermittently; ditto for the "Blue Monday"-sounding synths. │
│ Weird Science's remix(3) is slighty less successful and a whole │
│ lot more Euro. Also includes the Mad Cobra acapella and │
│ instrumental for the main mix. │
