:: Release Notes:
::
:: Roger Irwin's love of music spans the major part of his life.
:: In 1980 he formed a rock group called Glasspack, playing in
:: local taverns in Toledo, Ohio, his home town. His music style
:: is greatly influenced by groups such as, Yes, ELP, Pink
:: Floyd, Moody Blues, Allman Brothers, Robin Trower, Guess Who
:: and the Doors. Acoustic and electric guitar along with his
:: musical compositions, weave together a magical blend of sound
:: and harmony. Currently, Roger teaches guitar and theory and
:: is working on a disk of originals still in the production
:: stages. The CD which he just released, Edge of the Night, is
:: a unique improvisation of songwriting with lyrical and vocal
:: assistance from Bill Taylor.
