     By the time 1990 rolled around.. Ruthless Records' success story had
     started to sour.. they had lost their biggest star in Ice Cube... The
     D.O.C.'s excellent debut had dropped, and then he, unfortunately, crushed
     his larynx in a car accident. In the years to come, obviously, Dr. Dre
     would leave and Eazy would succumb to AIDS. However, also in 1990, Above
     the Law would drop one of the years best albums with their debut. With the
     help of Lay Law.. Cold 187um (nephew of Willie Hutch), KMG, Total K-oss &
     Go Mack would gain national exposure, later solidify their status as some
     of the all time greats and continue (to some extent) to release music to
     this day.  Shouts to Ruthless for ending all these classic joints with
     exceptional posse cuts.
