A fresh and frenzied drop from Pretty Weird Records, as they release
the Scuzzy EP from Tennessee-based producer, Nikki Nair. The maniacal
laughter in the title track’s opening bars helps to set the mood for
what follows, as Nikki unleashes an intricately layered bombardment of
pounding drums, pulsating basslines and old movie samples. On the
flipside, we have The Analyst, which opens up with an intro akin to
something you’d hear being bumped at an 80’s Bronx block party, before
erupting into a healthy dose of electro-inspired synth-laced joy.

Four Tet - This is great! Like an old Alias track type thing.

Batu - soo sick! will rinse this i'm sure

                            Ben Ufo - scuzzys sick!

Falty DL - damn Nikki Nair just inspired me to make club music again
                                       ha

Maya Jane Coles - the analyst sounds dope

                             Lone - so fucking sick
