Vocalist, song writer and radio dj. Very active on the music scene
for over 7 years. As a vocalist she's known for her numerous
collaborations which were compiled on the album "Feat. Novika"
(Sissy, 2004). Year 2006 has been busy. First Novika released her
first vinyl - Finally EP through her own label Beats Friendly
Records. It was recorded with very talented Polish producers: Jacek
Sienkiewicz, Agim & Espace, CLS + Wax and Innocent Sorcerers. Beats
Friendly is also a dj-collective set up by Novika. In April they
released an eclectic compilation Friendly Beats and played together
around Poland. 27th October is a release date of Novika's debut
solo album in Poland (by Kayax). It's called "TRICKS OF LIFE".
Novika has a new band and starts touring in November. In
nation-wide Radio BIS Novika hosts a 4-hour show with Lexus, every
Sunday (18.00 - 22.00). She has also supported Polish artists
through compilations ("Radio Leniwa Niedziela", Sissy 2002,
"Polskie Leniwe", Kayax 2005).
Smooth and silky pop from Poland with female vocals and music
composed by Polish top electronic-music artists like Envee, Smolik,
Loco Star, Artur Rojek, Mariusz Szypura (Silver Rocket), Tim Flavio
This CD has completely different style than Novika's EP released by
mbs some months ago.
