Releasenotes:
For anyone with even a passing interest in the high quality strains of techno,
emitting from Italy the name Devid Dega will no doubt already feature on your
radar. The young aspiring DJ/producer goes full-throttle on Reload Black, with
his latest four-track "Skylark" attack!
Kicking the EP off with the mechanized percussion of the title track, we are
introduced to a commanding bassline over which discordant stabs and locomotive
arpeggios come together to form this airtight number. "Eternity" goes even
tougher and shows its teeth via gritty synths and a grinding rhythm section.
"Hypnotic" picks up from there with evolving synths and juicy sub bass, while
intricate programming keeps everything suspenseful, adding a sense of urgency.
Taking the more subliminal route with "Cleomede", the pulsating bassline and
streamlined electronics ensure a jet-back ride into the night!
