Den is Tokuto Denda's alter ego. Tokuto Denda was born and raised in
Tokyo, Japan. He currently lives in London, UK. As his father is a
singer/guitarist, he was naturally raised with music. Tokuto started
his music career in 1998 as a producer/composer for TV commercials,
films, promotion video clips and ringtones! Under the name of Tokuto
Denda, he has produced hundreds of songs/jingles/data that were all
released and broadcasted in Japan. Around the time, he started
playing DJ/live performances as Den to reflect his love for minimal
techno/house music. His music is influenced by Mike Ink, Fumiya
Tanaka, Yoshihiro Hanno, and other artists who focus on deep, simple
grooves. Den has played alongside Fumiya Tanaka, Andy Vaz, dB, Nao
Tokui, Dub Kult, Italoboyz, Ekkohaus, Sebastian Russell, Katzo and
many more international DJs/live acts in a host of venues and
festivals in Japan, France, America and England.
This EP is bad, meaning good and rocks hard!
