Abyss is a word that encloses all my personality. I was born in a
city on the sea, Naples, and I take the inspiration for my tracks
from it, just in few moments in which looking at the infinity of the
sea I imagine wonderful melodies. They are overall memories of a
wonderful childhood.One day I thought that the word Abyss would have
enclosed my misterious and deep personality from the dark soul caused
by my lifeÆs vicissitudes. The Dreamer is a track that rapresents
human being ownÆs part that makes us dream about life and puts us
into hopes just as my father did, he was a Dreamer, he dremt to give
us a wonderful life full of joy and hopes, but life problems caused
our misfortune. In the middle of my track you can hear the melody
that thanks to his pads and sinths can bring you in another
atmosphere, and this is the part that should make you dream because
itÆs thanks to the dreams that life seems to easy to live even if
itÆs full of problems.This is the part dedicated to my father. Mind
Games is a funny but at the same time deep and dark track that
started from a kick and bassÆs loop .You can hear the deepness from
the sinth sound with an echo every 4 beats. When I made this track I
just signed The Dreamer with BuzzinÆFly, infact Ben Watt heard a
little demo of it and he liked it.Then it became the primary tracks
of the disc and it was unexpected for me. Mind Games are the games of
my head, they are a lot and itÆs hard to control them, itÆs thank to
them that I can write music.There isnÆt a moment in which my head
isnÆt working to create a new track with different melodies.i like to
create tracks with really turns of events because otherwise it would
be so boring.Moreover I think that the really essential part of the
track is melody. Since I was a little boy I always listened and
frequented house club scene. I grew up listning to Everything But
Girl,Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, David Morales, Tedd Patterson,Todd
terry, Planet Funk, Alex Neri, Carl Cox, Tony Emphryes, Pete Tong,,
etc... I also have a lot of influeces of my youth in the 80th of the
Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet, Pink Floyd, Simply Red, Morrison,
etc.... I really like artists of the Poker Flat Group as
Trentemoller, Phonique, Andy, Argy, Dj T, Chardonnet etc...In
conclusion I take note from these artists and Djs of the moment being
in sintony with the house music developments. I started as The Boy in
the Planet Funks studies thanks to which I learn a lot, they gave me
the possibility to use a little space where I started to improve with
instruments. Later I became the program engeneering assistent.In the
2000 I maked my first release with BustinÆLoose Records, Planet
FunkÆs label..In 2002 I started work in my little study at home and I
signed my second release in 2005 with Climax Recording U.K.and my
third release with Harlequinrecordinggroup of Miami.Now I have the
honor to release two of my tracks with a so important label , BuzzinÆ
Fly . My dream now is to make milion of people dance with my music
and I dream to sell a lot of copies becaming popular. I can say that
England brought me good luck and it would seem that everything could
start from here. Finally after years and experiences, I had the
fortune to meet one of my childhood idol Ben Watt half part of the
Everything but Girl, a group that with his melodies marked my life.
Thanx to BuzzinÆ Fly, now I can start my dream. I would like to live
in London and I think that I would have a lot of influences to give
the best of me. However also there would be an Abyss.Everything
starts from there...
