The sixth in a series of monthly 3" CDs forming an elemental
collection entitled 'The Alchemy Series', limited to just 100
copies.
MONOSTATION along with Plotkin do the whole ambient guitar,
droney experimental electronic thing very well indeed. This
week our ears are treated to the 6th installment in this
series. If you've been collecting these little babies then
you'll know what to expect here. The quality with these
releases is consistently high. I often find it difficult to
put into words what it is that I like about this music.
Possibly the fact that it just sounds so otherworldly and
beautiful. This mysterious London duo always manage to inject
soul and pure emotion into their tracks. I can imagine
listening to this in a dark room and totally tripping out.
Being transported to another dimension through the medium of
sound is always a pleasure. Tasty 3" CD business with the
usual stunning artwork on Limit Switch.
